In fact, it was Green Giant who called us from the desert Southwest to Le Sueur in 1970. Although a native of Minnesota, I lived in New Mexico & Arizona from 1963 to 1970. I worked for Trans World Airlines in sales for 5 years. As the owner of ROSS REALTY, I set a professional standard that is hard to beat! Service to buyers and sellers is #1 priority; my agents have all met and exceeded those standards. With an emphasis on continuing education, professional designations, honesty and integrity, each of us has created a long list of satisfied customers. My designations include the Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage (CRB), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). These designations represent years of study.



There have been many "firsts" in my career.
•    1st woman Realtor in Le Sueur!
•    1st Realtor  to join both Minneapolis and Mankato MLS's. This proved to be a conduit for growing the city of Le Sueur and surrounding areas.
•    1st Le Sueur Realtor to be on the Board of Directors of Southern Minnesota Board of Realtors.
•    1st Le Sueur Realtor recruited to teach Continuing Education for classes in Minneapolis. The topic of my classes included how to "Stage your Home" for selling.
•    1st Le Sueur Realtor to attend "feng shui" classes at St. Catherines College in St Paul.  These classes taught me how to use feng shui principles in "staging your home".
•    Additionally, I was the first woman in Le Sueur Rotary Club, the Le Sueur Hospital Board of Directors and Le Sueur Economic Development Committee.
    

I have been selling Le Sueur since 1976! 

I love this community and the people who live here.
